Still getting used to them. Volume at like 10% and it's loud enough. Can't imagine turning them up much more. Comfortable fit. Affordable price. It's an improvement but not for all situations. Sometimes you have to take them out or just use 1 depending on ambient conditions.These earbuds are really comfy ( you are reading this from a person that is so picky about this kind of stuff. I really recommend it since the volume control and comfort are really good for the valeu of money.The right pod failed after one week. It would not charge.I got this for my dad to try as he is loosing his hearing in one ear. He could work it easily. The one concern we had was the charging case it comes in is not easy to open. There is no lip on it and if you don’t have finger nails you may struggle a bit.I'm really getting an education on the benefits of hearing devices. Hearing Aids - Hearing Amplifiers. It all depends on severity of hearing loss. These LEEL Hearing Amplifiers are quite capable to help with some hearing loss, and so far I think they will be just fine. They have some really nice features for ease of use, and they fit well in the ears, with different sizes of Domes from which to choose. I experimented with the TV volume versus these H Amps, and was amazed how they picked up on a comfortable level of sound by turning the knob on the outside of the devise. When experimenting, I did get some squealing but that was mostly my inexperience and impatience by not reading through everything in the nice informative instruction book. Started out trying to figure out how to open the little case - it does show a big picture on page 15. These are unique, because the case is also the means to charge and hold the H Amps that sit in their respective Left/Right spaces while charging, and the case turns them off when not using. When they are to be used, the H Amps turn on automatically when placed in the ears. If I had any negative thought it would be that my first try sounded a bit tinny, but things are getting better as I'm on a learning curve about the whole process of hearing better and more efficiently.Goodness gracious I had no idea how bad my hearing was until I got these! They don't take long to charge and it lasts me about 4 days. I had to get used to putting them in and taking them out without them screaming at me! These are well made and the volume control works great! These aren't your grandparents hearing aids that's for sure! If my Grandparents were alive boy these would be the best things to them since sliced bread!
