Very well written, and worthwhile reading for anyone........if you haven't dealt with depression yourself, you probably know someone that has, and the book has many helpful insights for the reader. I am so glad I read it as my husband was diagnosed with bipolar dysfunction 35 yrs. ago, and I can identify with much of it. Also I love Chanda's sense of humor.......that can be a big asset in getting through tough times.
