This coloring book is very unique and a fun adult coloring experienceYay! An Edward Gorey coloring book!It's paperback, 8 1/2" by 11" & has 22 full page illustrations, printed on one side of good quality paper (good for dry medium, wet medium/markers would probably bleed through). The inside covers show each page, some with his original coloring.The entire "Wuggly Ump" book is included, as well as some of his other illustrations, though, sadly, none of his more sinister images (Gashlycrumb Tinies, skeletons, bats, Dracula...). It's probably tame enough for younger people/kids, if that's a concern, though I'd be a bad judge about this, as I fell in love with his books when I was eight! There is another Edward Gorey coloring book coming out soon, I hope it has some of his "darker" & weirder illustrations.It's a nice enough gift, at a great price, for a Gorey fan, but may be kinda weird for someone not familiar with his style. I've gladly added it to my Gorey book collection as well as my coloring book collection! I can't wait to start coloring~I've included as many photos as I can here, hope this preview helps~I love Edward Gorey's books. When I found out that he had coloring books I immediately sought them out on Amazon and purchased the two I found. I was not disappointed! Being able to add color to the stories/poems he creates is such fun!Cute. Made from good paper and easy to read and make out shapes.Gorey is the greatest !!! Full of fun & different designs to color. It's a gift for my BFF & she's going to wuf coloring wuggly umps & more.As a lover of Edward Gorey, I thought I'd be happier with this coloring book than I am. The pictures are quite large and the eccentric details I associate with Gorey are not there.Very cute coloring book. Love it!Enchanting book
