I like this product.Pictures are of before and after. I had lightened the front part of my hair with 2 bleached & one lightening kit, from a level 3 to a level 8. It was still too warm toned so I bought this colour to make it ashy. It worked really well (I mixed with 10vol peroxide), it's now super ashy and I love the colour!I mixed this with 20vol developer on to pale yellow bleached hair,and it didn’t do anything,hair is still yellow.One of the items came with a broken sea therefore I wasnt able to use it. Sent back for refundGreat colour even with 9% peroxideLoved the colour,my new favourite shade
