This book was superbly written. I'm a young dad and I'm always looking for new books to prepare the library for the kiddo. The story tackles the issue of Bullying and takes a complex angle. No only is there the classic Bully, but the author tackles the desire to the abused to reverse bully. This is a subtle take, but one that I appreciated. The writing is brisk and you will find yourself breezing through the chapters. This story is set in the Ontario, Niagra region and really drops the reader into the landscape. I appreciated the authors ability to place you in the region, talk about the native plants and geology. It gave the area a nice depth. I would recommend this to any young reader out there. I purchased the digital copy and read the book on my kindle and the formatting was great, no issues.
